The Leader in LPI Coating
equipment
Circuit Automation is the market leader in LPI application technology with over 500
installations worldwide. We design and manufacture dual-sided coating equipment for use
with liquid photoimageable products: primary image resist, soldermask, dielectric, or
legend ink. Our coaters are complemented by a line of conveyorized ovens for precision
tack-dry and final cure applications. We offer equipment that is semi-automatic for
stand-alone operation as well as fully automatic systems for integration with
conveyorized production lines.
Depending upon your specific requirements, we will be glad to recommend equipment that
will give you low operating costs and minimum maintenance while providing the highest
quality coating possible. By choosing Circuit Automation you are choosing the LPI
professionals. Our staff has experience gained over hundreds of installations with
many different inks and substrates. Cost-reducing and problem-solving Circuit Automation
engineering backs up all our products and assures you of optimum results.
The DP-2500 is also available as an automatic; the DP-2500 Veloce. The Veloce
comes equipped with an optional unloader to further increase productivity. Circuit
Automation coaters use an acute angle, or push stroke, printing technique. This
technique, with multiple skew (snowplow) options, provides exceptional fill
between tight features for consistent, uniform coverage. All machine functions are
driven and monitored by programmable logic controller. Data download of coating
parameters via Ethernet to plant SCADA systems is available as an option.
Constructed to meet the requirements of the European Committee for
Standardization the DP-2500 carries the CE mark. Control panels are built by CAI
in our Underwriters Laboratories certified panel shop.

OPTIONS:
Full-Length Doors:
Larger doors ease screen frame installation and removal.
Flexible Tooling:
The HC-340 Series ovens have a huge four meter heated zone. Rapid temperature
ramp-up means that panels spend more time at set point temperature for a given
heated zone length and conveyor speed.
Wysiwyg Controls:
The HC-340 Series feature a touchscreen operator interface that servers as both
the control panel and as an annunciator, simplifying operation of the oven. Cycle
time, process temperature, and oven status indicators are all controlled and
displayed from this panel.
Better Quality:
Circuit Automation ovens have become synonymous with accuracy and precision.
Our conveyorized ovens process each panel identically so that consistent,
repeatable results are obtained. Panels are heated uniformly without wide
variance in temperature from corner to corner or panel to panel.
